Craig Haskell has devoted over 25 years to re-inventing and repositioning multifamily assets for maximum growth, value and income for his clients and investors. Craig has owned or managed 6,500 units and 2.8 million square feet of commercial space in 12 states, and provided advisory services on over $2 Billion in asset value.
Craig has developed many renewal and positioning strategies for national and local real estate organizations, conducted many training workshops and seminars, and has authored hundreds of real estate investment and management articles. He has written three books for industry professionals - Secrets of Successful Apartment Buildings, How to Take an Apartment Building from Money Pit to Money Maker, and A Guide to Creating Successful Apartment Advertisements.

He has administered, supervised and redeveloped over 2,500 multi-family units in Arizona with heavy focus in the Greater Metro Phoenix marketplace on middle market Hispanic multifamily communities.
Thomas has supervised multifamily development teams with disciplines in construction, management, finance, and consulting. He had redeveloped Arizona multifamily condo conversions.
